Ruth Wallace

Ruth Wallace is from the capital of Missouri, Jefferson City. She has over twenty-four (24) years of environmental experience, mostly in the areas of urban stream protection and overseeing stormwater program compliance for Missouri’s 164 regulated municipalities. She has an undergraduate degree in Urban Horticulture and Landscape Design from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas and Master of Public Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.

Ms. Wallace has been a certified professional in municipal stormwater management (CPMSM) since 2013 and joined the Envirocert team in February of 2017 – both as an instructor and as committee chairperson in support of the CPMSM program. Her team is currently updating the CPMSM Scope of Practice and the CPMSM manual.

In her spare time, Ms. Wallace loves to bicycle and hike our state and national parks, make pottery on the wheel and make music with her husband’s garage band.
