Miryah Squires is a Geology and Geophysics student at Missouri University of Science and Technology. She will graduate next year with a bachelor’s degree emphasizing in Groundwater and Environmental Geochemistry with a minor in Geological Engineering. While growing up in Missouri she has quickly grown a passion for fishing, hiking, kayaking, lifting weights, and adopting as many dogs as possible. After graduation she plans to travel the world, doing field work, in her tiny house. Eventually, she hopes to settle down in Rolla to teach students and rescue wildlife animals.
