  2. If you were traveling EAST on Interstate 40, turn LEFT on SUGAR HILL ROAD.
  3. If you were traveling WEST on Interstate 40, turn RIGHT on SUGAR HILL ROAD.
  4. Go about 2 miles. SUGAR HILL ROAD becomes WEST HENDERSON STREET. Continue about 1 mile farther.
  5. Turn right on SOUTH MAIN STREET (US-221 BR/NC-226 BR).
  6. Turn left at the next light onto STATE STREET.
  7. The office is located on the left at the end of the first block.
  8. Turn left at the light (GARDEN STREET). Park on the street beside the office. Additional parking is located across the street.
